Eldeco is one of such organization. Eldeco was founded by
Mr. S.K.Garg in 1975. It has been doing business in real estate and construction
field for more than 35 years now. It started its business in Agra and a few
parts of UP initially. It was not a public company in the beginning; however it
became listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and became public later on. Eldeco

Eldeco Housing and Industries Ltd. (EHIL) and Eldeco Infrastructure and
Properties Ltd. (EIPL). The idea of founding EIPL was given by the managing
director of the company, Mr. Pankaj Bajaj. Before the start of EIPL, Eldeco was
a regional player with doing business in mainly Agra and a few places in UP.
However, after the start of this company Eldeco was transformed into a national
player with expanding its business to most of the Northern India. Eldeco has
finished more than 175 projects successfully now. It is the service provider to
more than 15000 satisfied customers. Eldeco creates infrastructures which are
up to the mark in terms of the quality and designing it uses for its projects. Eldeco’s
state of the art Industrial project, Eldeco Sidicul Industrial Project in
Sitagunj, is considered to be one of its best so far. This project is one of
its kinds which is ultramodern and has been spread in the wide area of 1096
acres.
